Communication for succesful gaming experience both gameplay wise and social gaming is important. I want to how ever give here solutions which are fun both ways.

Ingame chat? WTH?

Ingame chat should be available in global channel, but make it game content. So basically u find walkie talkie and batteries for it and after that the global ingame voice chat channel is given to you.

Ingame radio? WTH?

In order to make a guild/squad/group recruits in global channel you would need to find: aggricate, jerry can, communication tools (whhat should it be?) and then set this all up at a radio tower. After this the global communication channel (chat) is available for you near presence of the radio tower. Now you can make a meet up message for everyone in server to see (if they have a radio and bateries for it). Or u can place a recruit message to recruit survivors to you squad.

Where should items be found:

Jerry can: as it is

Aggricate: markets and hospital roofs

Radio: residential buildings

Batteries: market and residential buildings

Communication tools??: gate buildings (guard houses)
