A few questions... Im really confused as to some random events.

Long story. Will try to keep it short. I killed two people looted their bodies. I started North above NEAF (where I got the kills). Headed south to Stary, nobody there, Started to head to Cherno. Noticed the screen was going black and white, then realised I was losing 10 blood around every 10 seconds and I was below 6k. I wasn't bleeding and it was similar to the sickness effect. I panicked and killed a cow and got back up to 12k. I started losing blood again. Figured I had a cold and the "cough" sound just wasn't being made. Started to head to Berenzino to see if I could get some antibiotics. But on the way I stopped losing blood at 11.5k blolod. So went to Cherno. Swept West along the coast. Killed 3 more players. Ended up outside Balota Airfield and there were like 10 players there in a firefight. Killed one. Swung around the North West of the control tower. Seen one player kill another player and then drop down to loot his body. I got around 100m out and tried to hit him whilst he was looting. I missed, apparently. It was alot easier than the previous shots Id killed other players with. He fired back and just missed. Firefight went on. But then he just ran at me. I switched to MKMod0 that was in my pack. Definately hit him with a burst, I seen the blood. But at the same time he hit me. Then he just ran at me. I noticed he acted like a hacker usually does, just taunting and talking tough etc. So I logged. Whilst I was logging I noticed I hadn't taken any damage either. Im sure he hit me. What just happened? Do hackers godmode work on other players as well? Or am I going to log in dead next time. It was about 10-15 seconds from when he hit me to when I logged.
