Logging in, always at an hourglass that will not move

I logged out Monday night and when I logged in tonight, I was dying of thirst and I had an hourlass timer. I ended up dying of thirst during the timer, now when I spawn on the beach I have a timer that will not go down, no matter how long I wait. My thirst and hunger icons are red. It won't let me play, any ideas?

Tell a medic where you are, it will still tell you when you login, since you are at a spawn location one of us should be able to locate you. I'm not available at the moment or else I myself would help. All it will take is an epi-pen or two.
