How do I tell if a vehicle is hacked or not?

I have found multiple vehicles in DayZ that I didn't know were hacked. I only found out later because the were gone after a server restart. But I have recently acquired a vehicle from an unsuspecting sniper and would like to know if there is a special way to find out if it's hacked or not.

most of the time they are crappy but they still drive and are full with fuel without leaking.

or just completely repaired, but that can be a player who fixed an old car too.

Do hacked vehicles disappear after server restarts or can this happen to legit vehicles as well?

If it's just a bug I wouldn't care, cause I didn't hacked them in so I can't get banned.

I don't think it is easy to hack in vehicles at this point, that is why so many teleport to them or use ESP hacks. Know your enemy.

If it's hacked in it will disappear.

However it happens that you need to restart the server multiple times with a legit vehicle too because it just doesn't spawn. Same with tents.
