crobinho 16 Posted September 22, 2012 (edited) Depends on what you gonna do with it! If you do a lot of Pc Multitasking then you should go for the i7 if not stick to the i5. Edited September 22, 2012 by crobinho

Michaelvoodoo25 3120 Posted September 22, 2012 First one, though to get a better idea, you'll need to run a few with different applications and use it to its potential. I have an older system (dual core chip) it runs anything I throw at it inc DayZ. Nice gpu.
rossmclean2 0 Posted September 22, 2012 Was thinking the first one myself was just wanting to double check
crobinho 16 Posted September 22, 2012 i have the i5, and had the same dilemma when i was buying it a few moths ago! then i did some research and came to the conclusion i gave you! Take the i5 if its just for a "fun Pc", but if its a work one then you should go with the i7! And the 2 Gb is also something great in that deal!
rossmclean2 0 Posted September 22, 2012 Hmm will It run dayz quite good?
crobinho 16 Posted September 22, 2012 (edited) i threw anything on it and it runs it like a charm! Including BF3, DayZ, Skyrim or CoH! So i guess, if the rest of your hardware is good enough you should not have problems at all! Edited September 22, 2012 by crobinho
Omaran 18 Posted September 22, 2012 I've had an i7 since they first came out, if I'm honest it's overkill for PC gaming - having said that it's probably the longest time I have had the same CPU without having to upgrade it!! So it was definitely 'future proof'You won't go wrong with either of those
Welch (DayZ) 756 Posted September 22, 2012 i7, IMO.
