VSS Vintorez, a hacked weapon?

While I was at the tallest building in cherno I saw and killed a guy who was carrying a rifle I've never seen. It was called VSS Vintorez, havnt seen it on the guns list in the wiki so I thought I't might've been a hacked weapon. Not sure though.
