Signature Check Timed Out - Takistan

Every time I try to join any Takistan servers I see the main lobby, receiving, then waiting for character to create and then the endless loading screen. The people inside tell me it is saying "Signature check timed out" every single time. It will say loading for about 2 minutes before giving me the error.

I have tried reinstalling both Arma II and OA.

I have tried reinstalling the beta patches and trying different ones.

I have tried reinstalling Takistan multiple times.

I have no problems at all with this in normal DayZ.
