I've spent the better part of the week looking everywhere for the heli but no joy.. I'm sure I've been everywhere it possibly could be, I read somewhere if it was destroyed it could take up to a week to respawn? Is that legit?

Some guy probably flew it into the forest trying to show off blowing it and a few generally nice survivors to pieces.

Server restarts don't work anymore with the latest patch, that's all been fixed now
