im getting error messages when joining the server 'dayz this server is running an incorrect version of the server side application'.

ive been looking about and that means my person it corrupted and i need the hive staff to reset me ?. furthermore im getting stuck on the black loading screen what ive also looked about but i cant seem to fix any of this.

please help!!

do you have the correct patch for the game? You have to see what version you are running(bottom right corner in the main menu) and then find servers who run that version...
