ghx or gfx on TR3

Just 5 min ago I was alttab to check something when I go back to game I saw a person reconing near by me holding a barret with thermal zoom. I shoot him cause its obious he stalking me or worse. He died. it appear on chat like ghx died.I checked his body he was %100 dead. Like 3 min. later same guy appear again and killed me in same location. How can be that posible ?

is not spawnable on dayz I guess ?

nope, it use to drop in like 1.5 and i guess its possible some legit ones are still in the game but i doubt it.
