DayZ Commander Not Installing

I've been trying to install dayz commander but it keeps throwing the error "Error 1001. InstallUtilLib.dll:ClrCreateManagedInstance (hr=0x80070002); The system cannot find the file specified. " and stopping. Any ideas?

Yup. The developer of DayZ Commander (dotJosh) is very active and he just launched the new dayZ Commander forums a couple of days ago (formerly the discussion was on google groups).
