3 days in a row, 3 different servers, dude is teleporting all over the place and shooting people to death immediately... I dont know if it is poor moderation, or battleye is just crap... but something needs to get done...

BI doesn't ban people instantly. They built up a list of to-be banned people, and do it in a wave. That's why you get those "2000 players just banned" messages.

+1 to this thread. This guy's a pain in the ass. He's either really lucky in finding the server we're in, or he somehow tracks us. 3 Different servers, 3 different profiles + names, and he's still teleporting to us. Pretty sad this guy still isn't banned, but his time will come, I'm sure.
