Hint: That's my character, the IP and GUID match, and I was in game on this server at this time. However, I never interacted with a Civilian Backpack. I was close to the Cherno Hospital, which I believe is the coordinates given here, but I never went into the Hospital, and I certainly didn't interact with any Medboxes. In fact I didn't interact with anything medical. No bandages, no pain killers, no epi-pens, no morphine. And haven't interacted with anything medical in at least a week.

Also, there wasn't some weird hacker thing going on. It was just myself and one other player on my server at the time, and he is a known entity, not a hacker.

So can anyone explain this, because to my mind this brings the veracity of log files into question. How can I ban players and use log files as proof when I see that the log files are not even close to being correct?

You, the client, spawn medboxes when you're near a hospital. Same for backpacks. Backpacks are not items, they are "vehicles" - they are created via createVehicle. Perfectly normal loot spawn and player initialization what you're seeing there...

Have a look @ your createvehicle.txt file in battleye folder...

U will see that alice packs are filtered out from logging i.e
