Dayz Commander black bars

I get these black bars that show up when i try using dayz commander.

any idea how to fix it, or who to ask about it?

freaky.. i guess you installed whatever dayz required.. if not then its best to have at least the following

.Net

c++ runtime

also a good enough graphics card, onboard usually isn't as good.
