qorker@hotmail.com 10 Posted September 20, 2012 Hey guys, so I was playing this morning before work, went to check out the NE Airfield and there was this guy in a ghillie just standing outside the control tower with an AS50 on his back and holding an M9SD.. So first off I unload my clip into his head to see if I could kill him.. Nothing, blood spurts out, but there he still stands.. So I try to loot him.. Mwhahaha sure enough, I rape his rigor mortis vertical body... This guy is loaded! I make two trips from him, getting his AS50, lots of ammo, M9SD, range finder, NVG's, coyote backpack, satchel charges, and a M249 SAW... needless to say I was very excited, but also freaked out.. was it a trap? Just a weird glitch? He also had what I think is hacked items: laser marker, and a radio?.. I took them and stored em in my tent, not knowing what to do with it or if I would get banned for having it... Anyone ever see this situation before? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Derpy_Hooves (DayZ) 4521 Posted September 20, 2012 nah it was either someone who was previously killed or Logged out there.... sometimes the game glitches and leaves the bodies still there with all their loot...Bit freeky when you see one and start firing at them, only to realise when you study the body and check the name that they aint been on the server for a while!! 1 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

The land you walk upon is cursed...I am surprised so many people still don't know what these things are, if there are no flies it is not a dead body and every time you find one they have a pistol out while standing.
