Help with server

Hi, i purchase a server today. Was working normally, but when i tried to change the name of server, the server stop work.

On CP shows him online, working, but i can't search him on dayz commander or play with six, or remote on arma II.

i have a new problem now...

when everyone tries to enter only gets in the loading screen forever
