HFB Server Update

Just purchased an HFB server, and I'm trying to update it. I've gone through the list and updated things line by line, but as soon as I update the next in line, the previous acts as if it hasn't been updated. It goes through the motions as if it is updating, but my server is sitting at 1.7.2.3 instead of the 1.7.2.6 I'm trying to get it to. I'm pretty sure I'm doing things correctly as when I update the arma 2 version, it does show as changed on dayz commander. Just not the dayz version...any suggestions as to what I'm doing wrong or what I'm missing?

Are you making sure to change your hostname to reflect the new update? DayZ Commander reads mainly off of the hostname as far as I know. If DayZ Commander is not what you're using, please clarify.
