Can't see the HUD, how to turn it back ON?

Like the title says, I can't see the 'HUD'. No icons for Blood, Thirst, Hunger, Temperature. I fiddled with double zoom-out by pressing "-" twice, and all of a sudden it was gone. I might've pressed something on the NumPad at the same time but so far I cannot reverse the effect. Anyone?

Nvm, w/e caused it, the issue was resolved after I restarted the game.

EDIT: I actually did read the control and didn't find anything regarding turning option on/off regarding the HUD. Can't believe I wasted time doing it tbh, instead of just restarting... oh well.
