LF a daytime server for my TimeZone

Looking for some assistance here. I have done a lot of server hoping trying to find a server that is Daytime when I am able to play.

I am in the US Central Time Zone. I am mostly able to play in the evenings. My wife and 4 month old daughter make that be time be around 8pm CST.

Does anyone know a good server that is day time during that?

I've found a few that where Dusk, so I felt I had to race to do things before it got too dark to play......I mean, I do not feel I am ready to play during the gametime evening hours.
