This is incredibly brutal, and i can honestly say i haven't wanted to do that haha. I think maybe a knife to the neck is acceptable, but strangulation just seems.. Impractical. There needs to be a more refined way to kill someone stealthily and quietely.

also yeah, knifing is good, but strangulation is also an acceptable DIVERSITY!

It's incredibly hard to sneak up on people that are actually out for survival. The sound of footsteps is too damn high.

I like the idea ;) also the knife should be a viable weapon, damn if I can get close enough to you from behind with a knife I should be able to kill you with it.

Strangulation is a cool idea just like the kidnap and torture options - but again, if someone was strangling someone, they would just do the equivalent of ALT-F4.

Why not just get a plastic bag and suffocate them with it? Or you could inject them with a virus that slowly rots them away. Can't say I have ever felt the need to garrot someone with a cheese wire but now you mention it.......

And i also want to throw an idea out there, we should be able to make weapons out of the basic things we find in chernarus. For example, back in the Vietnam War, Australian SAS soliders would take piano wire, wrap it around too cork plugs from wine bottles, and silently sneak up on an enemy who is on patrol, and with such force, they wrapped it around the necks of the enemy and it took their heads right off, it was an efficient, silent kill, and the sight of one of the fellow soldiers, cleanly decapitated, would leave vietkong soldiers so horrified and demoralised.
