Spawn as dead body

Title says it all. I spawn in on the beach and I'm a dead body. I'm lying on my back on the ground. I can't move, I can only look around. If I look at the right angle, I can "Study Body" with my wheel menu. I can even inspect my own backpack.

Any help for this?

is it possible to shoot you?

do you got blood when you turn on the debug screen (options - game options - dayz ui)

I have this same problem. I spawned in at camp, chat said I died. I expected debug forest, but I wind up "dying" at my camp. I can't move, but I can access my inventory. My friends said the only way out is to bandage yourself. Unfortunately, I'm SOL and have no bandages.

I did end up figuring this out. I wasn't a dead body. The dead body I was looking at was my own, from a previous reconnect attempt. I was alive but incapacitated. I had a friend come along and shoot me. I bled out until I went unconscious, and then when I came too I was rebooted and could stand up.
