2 choppers, right next to each other with PARACHUTES next to them were obviously spawned in, then after you fuck up the engine/hull/fuel/everything you get out of the chopper, then when you get back in it is fully repaired...

hunt some people in a vehicle down (in a legit chopper) and have your group engage them from the gunner seats and then you can have some beans.
