Recent update leaving me with nothing but empty cans....?

So I just started up my six launcher and had an update waiting. Nothing to out of the norm, I update and just wonder what quirky changes the game will now have. This recent one has got me a little worried though.

Since this update all the servers I've logged into so far (4) have been loot-less. All I have found are copious amounts of rusty and empty cans or whiskey bottles. I've logged into servers where there are hardly any other players, one or two but still nothing. It's not like someone has just beaten me to it either as the usual amount of loot is there, it's all just useless. Has anyone else been having this problem as well, and if so does it sort itself out?

Another little quirk is that since this last update I have this on and off noise following me about as if someone has died near by. You know the noise, the flies. I know it's a survival game and so there probably isn't any hot running water but my player can't smell that much.

If anyone has had any similar issues or knows of any fixes please let me know.

Thanks, I know lots of people rave about Commander but I tried it and it just wasn't for me. I guess it's a nikon/cannon type of thing.

Hmm, no it's a personal choice. I tried it and would rather use sixplayer. But thanks for trying to derail a thread, wouldn't it have been more productive to either have some helpful input, or just not say anything at all?

Anyway, if anyone has any real input about the original topic that would be great.

Sorry to have pushed buttons, and I dont work for DayZ Commander - I was also told to try it from another player so I can determine what update I want to install to match most Servers which helped, instead having the software update me and stay broken - Which that was all I was trying to do was help - So unfortunately stick with Updater and be broke until they fix updater which has nothing to do with DayZ Devs

Bad luck. The loot is spawning fine. Don't load in right beside the buildings.

If you want to kinda control server farts, hackers, day/night, lingor and private servers and most importantly, saves = dayz commander.

If you want a huge fucking mess = six launcher.

dc is kinda overwhelming at first, but use that brain

Edit: thought your char spawned with loot cans, yeah thats more of a server issue and how the admins set the options for it.

Theres other varibles, such as another player just in the building you spawned in 3 seconds ago. Dont server hop for loot, its ineffective for this reason. If your legit traveling, its rare, but can still happen
