random shutdowns?

Hi guys, been having some troubles with random shutdowns when playing.... thought it was a fault with my GTX 260, but its temps never peek 75°C

So was feeling around for hotspots after the last crash, and burnt my finger on the heat-sink of the motherboards NVIDIA GeForce 8200 that is right under the intake of my GTX 260BA making the cooling fan less then efficient, as the air around the intake is so hot!

SO, how do I totally disable the 8200?????

Iv been into bios and set the 260 as the primary, as well as looked in device manager for the 8200 (and its not listed)
