For example, if a fire has been lit nearby, a nose should appear with a flame under it. If a flare or a gas grenade has been dropped nearby, a nose with smoke under it should appear. If zombies have been recently slain nearby, a nose with rotten flesh under it should appear. If natural water is nearby, a nose with a water droplet should appear under it.
