Using AS50TWS and killed me during night.

Remember AS50TWS is a scripted weapon

His Name was Lootziefer

Using a Scripted Weapon or a Vehicle or anything other scripted Item isnt allowed.

We where 2 Ppl on the Server a friend of mine and me. and he spawns on the right position to kill me.

Rocket already said weapons produced in the game (hacked in) are fair game, so innocent people that "don't know" the weapons are not supposed to be in the game won't get banned.
