getting error pops up trying to login to server

i get a bunch of errors poppping up when i try to play this one is before i get to a server through dayz commanderpost-111020-0-91437200-1347846291_thumb.

addon 'dayz_anim' requires addon 'CAMisc_fix'

then when i try to get to a server i get an error saying addons need to be deleted or mapping keys need to be added

other then that when i try to opne the game in steam it does not recognize my arma and arma 2 from amizon on my pc to play through dayz commander

Run BOTH arma2 and arma2 OA once before starting commander.
