The idea being it has a set number of pictures that can be taken and viewed on the camera.

You can take photo's of camps,stalking,mass killings or just your journeys

So if you stumble across a survivor you can see what they got up to.

Or my first idea,leave the camera in the door of a building showing a picture of a sniper looking directly into the building door with a dead body and a camera. BANG lol

We already have these, they're called screenshots and they don't take up any inventory space :P

I get what you mean. I don't think it'll happen.

If you could maybe find a players map and see where they've been on your own map that would be cool but that's to large a mod I think. =/
