Possibly, it was a public server though, and the fact I only saw it spawn at the hospital was... creepy :P

I've seen them before, just like military zombies are more common near military buildings I often see medical people near hospitals.

i've never seen a medical zombie like this until he posted a screen shot(I was in server with him, but was trapped in a bush and too scared to go see, bhaha) I do believe there ended up being hackers in the servers. We joined like 5 different servers and died by hackers most of the time so it's hard to remember.

I joined a server once, and in the same area of your screenshot there were about 50 zombies in that outfit hanging from the sky by nooses. Also the entire city of cherno was packed with buses and if you would start one up and drive 30 ft it would explode.

Nah they've been around. Usually when no zombies are spawned in the area and you walk up to a hospital these guys will spawn.

Same thing with churches, with zombie priests spawning.

I've seen plenty priest infected, but I've never seen a doctor infected. That's cool. I'll keep my eye out for them.

Yeah, seen plenty of preists too.. In 150+ hours gameplay this is the first time I've seen a doctor :o

I've seen zombie doctors they're not hacked in, however I rarely see them spawn.

Weird, first I've ever seen an infected doctor. I've put hours into the game and been to that hospitals a few dozen times and not seen one once.

Honestly don't care about different species of Zombies. G.A.L.
