You should be able to use that elevator in the cheno hotel if you can find a generator to power it.

Sky scrapers or atleast elevated buildings such as the hotel would be awesome, and it should have like ground floor, 5 extra floors (maybe it shows 20 on the building but not all are accessible, but the more the merrier ofcourse) and then the rooftop! Would be cool to find a survivors base camp in one of the floors ^^
