Here are the basics of what we are asking:

No age requirement (Mature gamers are a must though)

Steam, Skype and Teamspeak 3 (if you don't know how to use TS3, I'll explain it because it's not too difficult)

Tactical Communication (you will learn map grids, how to use the GPS, and be taught how far an enemy is if you do not know)

I have really good gear right now and I can give my DMR (I have a L85 for myself and I can spot pretty well). BTW I'am pretty young but I know I can be a great asset to a team and honestly DayZ is starting to get boring cause I have been lone wolfing it and I HAVE had a team before but they back stabbed me! I will add you on Skype soon :)
