Is someone else using my DayZ account?

I came on DayZ yesterday and I had lots of items I wouldn't normally have, I had moved position.

It didn't look like a hacker or a server had done it, because when a hacker does it everything is neatly sorted.

I just ignored it and thought it was a Private hive server that I had accidentally joined.

It wasn't, It was on other servers too.

* Cluttered inventory, didn't look like it had been spawned because of how cluttered it was.

* I didn't notice that I got it all of a sudden, I just logged onto a server and had it.

Does this mean a person is using my ArmA 2 account?

I have never used any mods, hacks or scripts in ArmA 2 or DayZ

The Hive database used to have hiccups like this all the time, but didn't think it happened anymore. It could be something like that.

Does it look like it could be an inventory you had at an earlier time? This used to happen alot to, database corruption so they roll back damaged portions.

If you're careful about your security, I doubt it's someone with your key, because they usually get them banned pretty damn quick.

Were you back at the coast with the starter backpack and fully geared with all tools..?? Because i joined a private server and had everything MK48 Mod 0, M9 sd and tool belt full aswel as backpack with food.. Didnt know what was going on.

Nope, in a forest somewhere. I still had kills and headshots and my humanity was the same.

Awhile ago, every now and then someone would log in and have someone elses inventory, it was a common thing. Mates playing on the same server could even end up swapping with another mate. And then when you log out, it saves it under your ID.

This shouldn't still be happening tho AFAIK, might be something bigger at play here, I'd recommend going here: http://support.dayzmod.com/ and making a ticket to let the guys know. They may even be able to fix it for you. Now be warned, this isn't going to be quick, the devs are always busy :S

Of course, Infact, I don't expect it to be fixed either, they are so busy.

I got some nice loot on this one as well. AS50 and an Assault rifle (Can't remember the name Lol)
