Hang-gliders,Tree Houses, Wet-Suits, And Others....

First of all......

Hang-gliders : Would make it a whole lot easier to get around from high buildings and large mountain/hill areas. You would have the chance to find a camo hang-glider and a really light coloured hang-glider. If you crashed it, the hull and the wings would go red and you would have to find some scrap metal and fabric ( of some kind ) to repair it.

Tree Houses : Having the ability to collect loads of wood and scrap metal to craft a tree house in certain types of trees. The process would take a few people and alot of wood and scrap metal. It would be able to be covered by a camouflage net in order to stay hidden. You would probably have a limit to how many you can craft

Wet-suits : Finding Wet-Suits in special military camps would make swimming a lot more convenient and faster. You would find a Wet-Suit and have to find a oxygen tank in order to stay under water for long times. The spawn's would be rare and oxygen tanks even rarer.

Player Traps : Being able to find a kit that gives you the ability to dig a hole and cover it with a camo net, so when a player runs over your trap, they fall to their death. This would be great to setup around your camp so bandits and raiders will find a little suprise 6 Feet Under.

Ladders : Ladders would benefit the trap i mentioned before, because it would allow you to climb down into the pit and collect your victims loot. It would also make it so you can get into buildings without side ladders or stairs. There would be 2 Types of ladder, The Metal or Wooden ladder and the rope ladder ( better camo for tree houses ).

Basically all suggestions have been made before in other threads. I don't mind the suggestions, the only one i have a problem with is the wetsuit's. Where would you swim to? Like, i know they're thinking about implementing rivers and stuff, but still. I don't really know anyone who would benefit from having a wet suit, because i honestly don't think many people go swimming regularly in DayZ.
