Help with patching

Ok, so, I came back to Dayz, and I see a lot of servers with different patch builds. I cannot find the patches, nor would I know how to install them, so, I would like someone or a few people to tell me the most used patch and a guide to how to install it. Thank you. Oh, and, I got the right dayz patch, I just need the Arma2 CO patch.

The one at the top is the latest. Usually running the latest patch you wont have any problems connecting to most servers.. Unless it has a different DayZ version.

Ok, so I got the latest one, but, I have no idea where to put it or anything. Even the readme confuses me. May please tell me how I should install it, please?

Dude. That isn't helpful, no offence. I want to know how to install it, it says it gets installed, but I cannot see any difference when I log in to the game, and I cannot play any of the other servers.

it is helpful...you double click on it, it installs, read if you know how it should say it has installed successfully, if not you have different problem...or if it installs and you dont see the beta change youre not launching the beta..
