Someone logging onto my account

So i am playing DayZ today and log off for about 2 hours, come back into the game and i have lost everything, i thought i solved this problem when i changed my steam password and switched my character account but apparently not. This being said, would i have to buy a new Arma II combined operations thing and not having to DELETE my current files of it all on my account? And just make a new steam account and buy on there and the CD Key will automatically change?

Left out that someone is logging onto my account and using my CD key, have changed password and still doesnt work!

Well I may recall incorrectly. However if you tried to check/download some suspicious software. then they have your key as well.
