Battleye Extended Controls kicked for not responding

We just put BEC on the server so we can use Anti-Hax but everyone is having the same problem. Get a message like the following:

"(2012-09-14 | 18:23:16) : Player #0 XXXXX has been kicked by BattlEye: Client not responding"

It does this for everyone not just some people. The Rcon login works and I can see everything update just fine.

Any suggestions how to fix this?

I see a lot of people get kicked by Battleye as well, not everyone but I'd say 50% on my server.
