Strange message when joining a server. Missing file?

Okay, first off, I can join many servers just fine. Fast loading, etc.

One server (DE 2455) I can't seem to join. When I get past the lobby, I get a message saying "No entry, "bin\config.bin/Cfgweapons/m8_carbineGL.XM320Muzzle".". I've tried to reverify the local game cache, reinstalled 1.7.2.6, as well as reinstalled the latest arma II patch. "96751". This is the only server were this happens. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

that means someone is probably using a hacked weapon on the server.

Yup unless i'm mistaken this is what it means. You usually get a weird message like that if theirs hacker crates somewhere on the map too.

Well, I get stuck on the loading screen whenever I try to join. Is there a fix or should I avoid this server entirely?
