All items gone, Teleported to unknown location

What happened: I logged out to get some food IRL.

When i logged in again i suddenly was in the ocean, i logged out and then in again and i was in a forest!

ALL MY ITEMS ARE MISSISNG exept for knife,map,watch and that stuff.

Missing:

revolver+ammo

Crossbow+ammo

bandages

bloodpack

2xWater bottles

Red smoke granade

Thats all i remember.

Gathering food from local mall so i could get some blood back
