day z clan wars??

I think it would be epic to see clan wars within day z.

meaning 15 vs 15 or more. once a player dies they get kicked.

once all the enemy clan players are defeated would be the terms of victory. The perma death makes it much more high stakes. If you survive a clan war, you can really say you survived a fkin war, not like bf3 or cod.

because of the ridiculously large map size, it would probably last 5+ hours. And teams would have to send out scouting parties to find the enemy HQ or bring back supplies to the friendly HQ. with vehicles standing by, maybe even a huey.

if any clans are doing anything like this, id like to join in.

You could go do this right now in ArmA 2, or you could log in Day Z... and do this right now.

5 vs 5 is to small..Try 50 vs 50. Now that would be pretty fun. Then make the fight over cherno or elctro.

Declare war on someone

There you go, you have a war!

No need to be tied down by time, day, server or other artificialities, if you want to go to war with someone, then do everything within your power to do so.

For clan wars to work i think you would need to be able to establish a base or be able to capture a building or something. Otherwise what is the war about if you have nothing to protect or capture what would you be fighting for or against.

I do like the idea though.

Too early, I think we need a more stable version of the mod and more "things" like working factions in it before thinking clan wars (you mean faction wars, right?).
