US 3597 - Admins banning people for killing

What happened:

Killed someone, the admin lucy then proceeds to ban me and my two friends (Daos and Fading, who did not shoot or kill anyone)

Evidence/Proof:

All 3 of us now have server bans for "Excessive Teamkilling" and one for "Cheating/Hacking" and were banned immediately after the kill message. We were also kicked previously when there was hardly anyone else on the server for things like "being Silly" and "dying too much" (I didn't think to screenshot this occurance)
