Why the hell was I banned from your server? I was playing when a group of hackers or individual hackers were playing and killed everyone on the server. I found a helicopter at Maruko about 30 mins after we all respawned and started picking people up until Nicksoprovs spawned a helicopter or something and blew us all up. Way to go guys, I was helping everyone and you ban me. GG.

So The Judge got his own server as he said he was. Not surprising that there are aggroed players already... My first encounter with the Judge was about a week and half ago on Shacknews running Lingor. I had spawned about 10 minutes earlier in Chupinka and had just picked up a Makarov when near Pikawas and a Oil platform I hear some aggroed Zeds. I hear an AK going off. I get shot out of the blue to nearly 5000 blood. I hit the ground and a survivor runs by me with a conga line of zeds chasing him. Thinking that this was the clown who just shot me and was soon to finish me off, I opened up with the Makarov. The Judge comes over the local channel swearing up a storm about me shooting a fresh spawn, how gutless I was, etc. As I reload and he comes back at me, one of his friends finishes me with the AK and the Judge again comes on channel with what an a$$h le I am for shooting a fresh spawn etc and see where it got me. For the next 45 minutes or so he kept launching insults and called me a hacker over side channel and refused to admit that he or his friend had fired on me first. LOL and using an AK on a guy with a pistol no less.

The following night while I was on Shacknews, he apologized in side channel stating that he had been a bit drunk. I would be a bit skeptical of this server as if you planned on staying for a while and setting up shop there. You may get cut off from your hard-earned stuff with a ban if you should kill the Judge or one of his crew in a manner that upset them.

You get banned from my server if when we check the logs you have a reason to be banned. I have not, nor will I Ever ban someone for killing me or anyone in the Crew. Your memory of the events are wrong. My friend, P.T. had a Shotgun. He shot me in the leg after he shot you, which was hilarious considering all my blathering on. I hadn't expected him to shoot ME.

You take this way too seriously. I have never called you a Hacker, because why would I call you a hacker when all you did was pop off badly aimed Mackarov shots at me? I Know what hackers do, so I honestly have no idea where you're getting that from, but your welcome to do whatever you like and I'll defend your right to do so. But you'll need some harder evidence than a story that makes little to no sense given how much I interact and ban actual cheaters Every day.

Also, this all happened on Shacknews, not MY server, so your claim that I will Ban people for shooting at me? Is completely false.

Would you like our server manager to post the section of the logs where you come into extreme question? My server is on a private hive. The ban's we pass out are as we see fit according to what we see in the logs. Now, I choose to only do that when the logs clarify that there's a problem. We can however work with you on this. Given the sheer number of ban's we had to pass out for invincibility, spawning weapons, teleporting, spawning vehicles. I take no chances when the logs look suspect. We will go over the logs Again, and see what can be done.

I am handling your appeal Tom. Due to the fact that my power was out for 5+ hours because of california wildfires I was not on the server at the time. From what I was told there were many hackers using their scripts at the same time and actually fighting each other. Since I wasnt there I wasnt able to witness the events. You may have been banned just due to the sheer number of hackers using scripts and were associated. I dont see anything malicious in logs regarding you personally so I will lift the ban.

Cool, sounds like some good admin-ing. Perhaps these guys can be better admins than players. By the way. It sounded like an AK on semi, but it could have been a shotgun. But then again, Judge ran by me about 20 feet away with zeds screaming, I just took 7000 damage from shots in that vicinity and The Judge was launching a curse-laden shit storm as I fired back at what I thought was an attacker who brought his own personal conga line to visit me

The other accusations came later which amused the other 6 players from my group that night. Maybe we could visit your server and see how things are going. And you will find that I am the player who causes the least amount of trouble.

How can you guys build such a big base and not eventually forsee a "dishonorable fuckhead" like me coming along and squashing it? It's not like it was even hidden. You took over an integral part of the map and created a massive OP base.
