To Stop Hackers

I haven't played DayZ for about 2 weeks. I come back, the first 15 minutes I run around Quarry and I alt-tab to look at the map. Guess what, I alt-tab back into the game and there's a guy inside a truck next to me. So I immediately figure it's a hacker, I look into the truck and there you have it: all the items in the world. I pull out an M14 from the truck, blast him in the face while he's in the truck and nothing happens. Seconds later, I die with no bullet wound or anything - just die.

What I'd like to propose is certain people going into different servers, and taking down the hackers 1 by 1 AS THEY DO THE DAMAGE. I'm aware that BattleEye bans them the next day they use it, but I want to see these people get banned before they can cause too much damage. Does this seem possible to work out? Server Admins don't have the power do to this, obviously because they could abuse it. What these individuals would need is the ability to see players on the map and their names, and possibly spectate them. Then if you witness a hacker, ban them.

You want hackers... to kill hackers...

Next time you see a hacker, quit, join a different server. There is no way to control them until Standalone..

Hackers to kill hackers? No. I want to see a legit group of people hired by DayZ staff to spread out on random servers and moderate them so that people can play in peace. It really wouldn't be hard, and I'm surprised it hasn't been done before. I think this will help a lot. Hackers join populated servers mainly with 30-40+ players, and if someone watches over they are bound to stop the hacker before he can destroy the environment of the game.

Hackers/Scripts can jump in and kill an entire server in 5 seconds. Way before anyone could react..

Its a nice idea, but in reality it won't work. In short, you'd probs piss the hackers off. Let them have there "fun" in the standalone and wait for the Standalone. - That will end hackers. :)

To be honest, the hackers would love the challenge that this would present. They would make it their full time job to find a way around it and greif these people, that's what hackers do. As already mentioned, due to the nature of the engine as it is, until the standalone is released hacking is going to remain an issue.

There is no way that hacking will be completely abolished from the current DayZ. I mean, it is in Alpha. All we can do at the moment is sit tight and wait for the standalone, and hopefully we don't get the same issue.

The only way to stop hacking is the Standalone Version with a PlayerTrackingSystem that register all things that the player do ingame.

If the player getting many things very Quik or the player kills very Quik many others players then the TrackingSystem knows this is a Cheater/Hacker.

Best thing is then to make Cheater Servers, that the Cheater can only join Cheater/Hacker Servers that are special for them.

So the normal servers are now for ever prohibited for this Cheater/Hacker and he can only play with his Cheater/Hackers friends. ;)

Yeah then have an admin go into the 'cheater server' and ban all of them at the same time LOL. THAT WOULD BE FUCKING HILARIOUS. But anyway I was just making a suggestion, it's fine if my idea isn't implemented I understand.

Sadly the only thing there is to stop a hacker is a private Hive server where the admin is free to do whatever he wants and him identifying the hackers and banning them afterwards

Or bad hackers, like the ones being banned from BattlEye in big waves (keep going BE)
