So about vehicle spawns.

So me and my friend went all the way north west to this apparent ural spawn and of course it isnt there and now im wondering how vehicle spawns work cause the only time our group ever found a vehicle we were standing around in the tower at green mountain for maybe 40 minutes while someone who had died ran back to us and once he got there he started bugging out that there was a vehicle at the bottom that wasn't there when we went up. So do they only spawn after awhile of you being where they can or we just in the right place at the right time?

There is a limited amount of vehicle spawns. http://www.dayzwiki.com/wiki/Vehicles I believe that if a vehicle is destroyed, it re-spawns upon server restart. I could be wrong though.

Vehicles go missing when someone takes them, puts them somewhere and then saves the vehicle to that spot.

Vehicles will respawn when they are destroyed. Not sure on how long after they are destroyed.

All i know that if it gets destroyed it takes a week to respawn but even if we go to a different server its not there its like they never spawn....

yeah me and my mate have been running about with car parts for ages but havnt found a car to use the parts on.

join servers that are like us 2000+

typically theyre newer servers and where i have lot of luck

because obviously older servers will have the vehicles taken

At present (1.7.2.6) vehicles will pretty much never be at the spawn point. When a vehicle blows up currently, it will respawn in the same spot it blew up, with full parts and no fuel (sometimes they lose all of their wheels). Sometimes they just disappear after blowing up, and I dont know where they go. Also they will always spawn with no fuel after server restarts, so if u have one hidden, gotta keep a jerry can or you will have to go on a long walk to use it again.
