Are you running the DayZ through Arma 2?

If you are, thats the problem. You need to install either SixLauncher or DayZCommander for the game to actually work well. These launchers auto-update the game for you so the endless versions and beta patches become WAY easier to handle.

However if you are running it through a launcher and you are having problems then you need to check the DayZ version on the server tag (ex: 1.7.2.4 is an old version, whereas 1.7.2.6 is the one you want to look for IF you have the most recent version of DayZ)

I use Dayz Commander, And Dayz Versions were correct but still didn't work.

Im currently redownloading arma 2, and dayz commander to see if that helps... if not im screwed...
