U.G.N - Jedi Panda 1319 Posted September 12, 2012 Guys,90% of all vehicles on my server have been teleported in to the sea. A friend was driving the UAV then got teleported into the sea with the vehicle and saw all the other vehicles and boats with him, the vehicle was on the water then sank into the sea.Anyone got any suggestions on how I can delete these vehicles and get them to spawn again??Thanks! LostS77 (DayZ) 15 Posted September 12, 2012 If that doesn't work... all I can say is...Welcome to DayZ where the hackers have more control then an admin....Only other option is to wait 7 days for the vehicles to reset in the Hive and/or MAYBE and this is a VERY VERY big maybe... contacting the DayZ Staff, give them your location ID I believe and they MIGHT and they is a VERY VERY small might be able to do a reset on vehicles for you where the Z coord is a negative number. kingsland 3 Posted September 12, 2012 (edited) Try and blow them up in the water, I noticed that vehicles often times are still in working condition so a restart doesn't work.May sound like the opposite of what you want to do, but you could try joining a hacker forum and ask them to TP your vehicles out... They aren't all as dickish/childish as you think. Just make your intentions clear that you only want vehicles messed with... I don't endorse this idea, but it's always on the table. Admins of the servers should be able to do something about this and not have to wait 7 days to only go fix vehicles again and then poof their gone once again and this happens over and over. To me vehicles is what makes the game fun.. yes I don't believe in having a ton of them but I think respawning should be a bit faster and maybe even the spawn locations at different spots each time they are respawned. I am on a server now and vehicles disappeared a few days after they just got the server back up for like 2 weeks of down time. We lost all 3 we had and we went out looking for the ones we seen broken down the night before and nothing was found, 3 other vehicles that were there the night before vanished. I haven't seen a vehicle since for about 3 days now. If I have to keep fixing vehicles over and over and run from are camp all the way back to some good industrial spots for parts to fix another or the same one... well to me just not worth it and might as well just get rid of them all then. I just hate taking 3 hours or more to fix a vehicle to only have it vanish the next day by either hive mess ups or hackers. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

They ONLY get reset if they've not been used / saved.However, why they're still not resetting after 7 days of what appears to be inactivity, is beyond me... khanny 13 Posted September 14, 2012 A hacker teleported all our vehicles onto the island off Solnicniy, of course pretty useless there. So we took all the wheels we could get together a dna few jerry cans, drove the lot into the sea where they are destroyed (and sink), then restart the server. Most of the vehicles respawned in thier original spawn locations, only the V3S keeps respawning on the island, we've been back now three times and every time after restart it pops back up on the island, cant figure a solution for that one but at least most of the vehicles are now available again.
