Other friends told me that the same thing happened to them: something was controlling the character and shooting. AnnieGYG 32 Posted September 12, 2012 Was he stood up walking with his gun in the high port position (ie aiming)?I have no real coroboration of this by the way, however one of our guys got DC'd from TS (and the server according to him), and then his character who was still in the game started walking around like a robot with his weapon aimed and shooting at us all. It didn't look like a hacker was controlling him since he missed 80% of his shots and didn't chase us down, just shot at us and hit when we walked in front of him.It almost seemed because of his DC that a bot took over his character.There is a small chance he was trolling us of course, but I do trust him when he said he wasn't and it's highly doubtful he would be landing shots on us if it was him trolling. Like I said, I have no corroboration so please don't quote me on this one. This is just what it seemed like to 5 very experienced players while it was happening and when I came on the forums to look there were 4-5 threads about supposed bot players doing random things.
