Problems Getting on to DayZ Takistan Servers?

There's a quick fix for that by doing the following:

1. Make a copy of the "Launch Arma 2 OA Beta Patch" shortcut into your @DayZTakistan folder

2. Rename it to whatever you want (I chose "takistan")

3. Right click and choose "Properties"

4. to the "Target" line/box add "-mod=@dayztakistan -nosplash"

5. Apply changes and move shortcut back to main Arma2 folder

This should solve some problems for people hopefully; it helped solve mine. If anyone has any additions to make loading times quicker please post them up.

the "-symbols you typed there: should we type that too or leave those away?

never mind, I need to leave them away. but for some reason it opens the dayz-mod instead of the dayztakiston-mod.
