The debug plains HELP PLEASE

Im stucked in the debug plains so i havn't played DayZ for about 3 weeks.

I have started it everyday and logged into a server ever since then but im still stucked.

I have tried to run 3 times but i have lost connection before i got out. And I ran for over 2 hours.

I have also tried joining a lot outdated servers and disconnected while im connecting to a server but nothing works.

Can someone please help me?

Any idea would be good, except the ones i have tried.

Btw, I dont care if i loose my gear in the process or anything, because i don't have any and i just want to play the great game.. :(

I wish Rocket would add the Respawn button back, until issues like this are fixed. On count of respawning in time instead of having to Abort and Re-Join.

Downgrade DayZ using DayZ Commander....log in to a lower sever and you can then upgrade again....Easy fix sir.

Go to a high pop server and wait a couple minutes until some hacker insta-kills everyone or thunderdomes the server.
