Vehicle Spawning / Server: US #6969

So I've been in server "US #6969 twice now and tonight I'd seen a lot of the same players as last night. There is a clan that plays in that server with the clan tag, "[bB]". I was just about finished playing when I'd seen a kick report in the bottom left corner of my screen which read, "Player [bB] Skittle Tits has been kick from Battleeye for Vehicle creating #1" or something along those lines. (His name may have been [bB] SkittleTits as one word, not 100%. Also the report may have read, "Vehicle spawning, or creation".)

So I didn't really mind but I guess he scripts?

This also lead me to believe that they scripted/hacked me last night also! I had a backpack full of car parts, as I was heading to fix a car on the main road in between Cherno and Elektro. I fixed her up, got the gas tank full, and went on my way. I'd gotten the gas from the far East side of Elektro, and started driving to Cherno where at least 5/8 of the players were. (Maybe everyone was. =P) So on the main road there is a bridge just out side of Cherno to the East. I forget if I had my headlights on or off at that time as I kept switching for safety reason, but just before the bridge, bam! A players starts firing away on the car from the bridge. Mind you it took one shot to make the car un-drivable... So I'm trying to drive through the grass wondering why I can't move, and finally realize it's because 3 of the car parts are in the red. So I'm still taking shots, and just before I hop out more gun fire from just behind me. So the other clan member was on the other side of the road, and further back. I got out and took what I deserved, but did I really deserve it now that I think about it. They seemed pretty ready to ambush me while it's night time, and no moon light to brighten the map. So I am now iffy since it was the same clan, and now knowing they script n' hack. (Maybe.)

There are a lot of false positives for the Create Vehicle Restriction #1 kick. I've seen people doing nothing but logging in get kicked for that. Same for Script Restriction #195.
