Bandit Looking to Reform His ways

When I started out in Day Z, I decided I'd only shoot in self defense (or slash at in self defense with melee weapons :P).

But then I found an AS50... and earned 5 unprovoked kills to my name at least with it. But then I realized what I was doing was lame,

not just because I was one-hit killing people from an extreme distance, but when I went back to the tent I got it from to get more ammo for it,

its AS50 respawned... and I realized then that I was basically duping (I did not place the tent there, found it.)

So I stopped doing that, went back to surviving, but there are more kills I've committed when I'm shot at but the guy misses.

And those count towards decreasing humanity unfortunately...

And since the update that put humanity into the game, I have the bandit scarf. Great bullseye on my head.

I don't wish to go back to killing random people for "the lulz", that was too empty for me. I wish to help out people,

though I know this will be difficult since I have the scarf on and most will think I'm hostile on sight.
